Modules 1 & 2 (weeks 1 and 2)Kindling the Fire & Building the Foundation

1 and 2 walks you through what is required to build a strong foundation
for your business. Many times we go into business without really
understanding that to build a profitable cash flow machine we need to
think about some of the less tangible aspects of business profitability

These two modules will help you get clear on

identifying exactly who you want to work with and how to connect your
unique values and vision to your ideal customers deeper needs which

Module 3 (week 3)Creating the Cash Flow Container

Module 5 (week 5)Hiring and Building Your Team
Hiring
a team can be one of the most daunting and challenging tasks of a
mobile spa business owner. When your business is just starting out and
work is irregular how can you still find good people to work for you?
Where do you find them? And how can you get people who will be with you
for the long term? How many should you hire and how much should you
pay them? What about IRS reporting of wages to independent contractors?
Do I need an Independent Contractor Agreement? If so how do I create
one?
Module 5 answers all of these questions and also equips
you to develop the skills of a good leader. You may be more accustomed
to wearing the hat of the "technician" (massage therapist, esthetician,
etc..) but learning to wear the hat of of business manager requires a
very different skill set. You want to be fair to our independent
contractors and pay them well, but we also need to keep money in the
business so we make a profit. There is a fine balance to this and
Module 5 will help you find that balance so that you can create a win
win situation for all involved.
At the end of this module you
will be able to download a sample Independent Contractor Agreement that
you can edit and customize to to fit your needs, as well as other
documents to help you create more consistency and effective management
of your team. You will put hiring procedures in place and understand the
basics of what you need to do for IRS wage reporting for your
Independent Contractors.
Module 6 (week 6)Perfectly Executed Spa Parties
Consistency,
quality, and professionalism are all important aspects of a successful
business. Running a tight ship and ensuring your spa parties run
smoothly and efficiently is the hallmark of a good mobile spa and
ensures that your customers come back for more and refer your services
to their friends. Learn about proper setup and breakdown procedures, how
to manage the event flow, and whether it is profitable to provide
amenities such as robes and slippers.
Module 6 also teaches
you the insider secrets to pulling off large corporate events. Events
as large as or lager than 200 people require a very specific module to
be not only profitable but also to run smoothly. In this module I give
you all of my procedure and systems for successful large corporate
